Wildlife Rehabilitation

Wildlife rehabilitation is the process of caring for injured, orphaned, and displaced wild animals with the goal of returning them to their natural habitat. Every animal that comes into our care receives a thorough assessment and an individualized rehabilitation plan based on their species, age, and medical needs.

Our rehabilitation process may include:

  • Emergency rescue and stabilization

  • Medical treatment and wound care

  • Proper nutrition and hydration

  • Care for orphaned babies

  • Enclosures that encourage natural behaviors while minimizing human interaction

  • Release planning and return to suitable habitat

Our goal is always the same - to give every animal the best possible chance to live a successful life back in the wild. While not every patient can be saved, every animal is treated with compassion, respect, and the highest standard of care.

If you have found an injured or orphaned wild animal, please contact us before attempting to care for it yourself. Many young animals that appear abandoned are actually being cared for by their parents, and improper handling can do more harm than good. We're happy to help you determine the best course of action.
